2. Service Description

MCP Rated provides automated testing, scoring, and reviews of MCP servers. Scores and reviews are generated from automated test results and should be treated as informational, not as guarantees of quality or security.

3. Scoring Disclaimer

Trust scores and security assessments are based on automated testing at a point in time. They do not constitute security audits or certifications. Server behavior may change between tests. Users should perform their own due diligence before deploying MCP servers in production environments.

4. Community Reviews

By submitting a community review, you grant MCP Rated a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review on the platform. Reviews must be truthful, non-defamatory, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

5. Server Submissions

By submitting an MCP server for listing, you confirm that the GitHub repository is publicly accessible and that you have the right to list it. MCP Rated will run automated tests on the server and publish results publicly.

6. Limitation of Liability

MCP Rated is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of information published on this platform, including but not limited to security vulnerabilities in listed MCP servers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
